Preston and the South Ribble side of this area cover everything from dense Victorian terraced streets near the city centre to the more spread-out, larger plots you get further out towards Lytham and the Fylde coast. Coastal properties out towards Lytham St Annes and Fairhaven also tend to need extra attention to weatherproofing and pointing given the exposure to salt air.
