A lot of this area sits on the edge of the West Pennine Moors and the Ribble Valley, so properties in villages like Belthorn, Hurstwood and Cliviger tend to be older stone or mixed stone-and-brick builds rather than uniform terrace rows. That's a different job to the tighter Victorian terraces you get in Blackburn and Accrington town centres, and we price and plan the two differently.
