When you get in touch through our contact form, we collect:
We do not knowingly collect any special category data (e.g. health information, financial details) unless you choose to share it with us in your message, and we'd ask that you avoid including anything sensitive that isn't necessary for us to quote or carry out the work.
We use the information you provide to:
Our lawful basis for processing this data is: legitimate interest (responding to enquiries and running our business), and contract (once you engage us for work). Where required, we'll ask for your consent separately.
Contact form submissions are processed via Formspree, a third-party form-handling service, which transmits your enquiry to our email inbox. Formspree may store submitted data on its own servers as part of providing that service — see Formspree's privacy policy for details.
Images on this site are served via ImageKit, a content delivery service, which does not receive any personal data you submit through the contact form.
We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties. We will only share your data with others where required by law, or with our own subcontractors/suppliers where necessary to carry out work you've instructed us to do.
Enquiry details are kept for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to you and, if the enquiry becomes a job, for the duration of that work plus a period afterwards to cover warranty, insurance and accounting requirements (typically up to 6 years, in line with standard UK record-keeping practice). Enquiries that don't proceed to a job are deleted after a reasonable period if no longer needed.
